Ingredients:
- 1 (1 lb.) lobster
- 2 shallots, thinly sliced
- 2 red chilies, thinly sliced
- 2 green chilies, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, squeezed
- salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil as needed

Instructions:
- Put lobster in large stockpot filled
with water and bring it to a boil.
- Once its cooked, take the meat
off and slice, set it aside.
- Stir fry shallots, red chilies and
green chilies with a little vegetable oil until fragrant, then put the meat in. Keep
stirring it lightly, then add lime juice, salt and pepper to taste. Stir again until even,
take out and it is ready to serve.
Makes 2-3 servings. |
