Sweet Chili Sauce
(Sambal Kecap)

Ingredients:
  • 5 red chilies, sliced
  • 4 small shallots, peeled and sliced
  • 4 Tbs. sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. lime juice
 Instructions:
  • Mix all ingredients well and ready to serve
