Ingredients:
- 300 gr. red prawns (udang api-api)
- 100 gr. carrots
- 1 onion leaf
- 1 celery
- 100 gr. big onion
- 5 black pepper salt and pepper to
taste

Instructions:
- Clean the prawns and let them whole.
- Slice carrot, onion leaf,celery, big
onion thinly. Then boil them with black pepper in 4 cups of water. Let them boil about 30
minutes, give salt and pepper to taste, then boil the prawns until cooked about 2 minutes.
After that take out and leak through.
- Ready to serve.
