Ingredients:
- ½ cup blue cheese, Roquefort or
Gorgonzola
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 2 Tbs. wine vinegar
- Several dashes of hot pepper sauce
to taste

Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mash the blue
cheese, leaving some small lumps. Whisk in the mayonnaise until well blended.
Add the remaining ingredients and whisk to blend well. Cover and refrigerate until
serving time.
