Ingredients:
- 1 lb. fettucine or tagliatelle
- 3 oz butter
- 1½ cups freshly shredded
Parmesan Cheese
- 1¼ cups cream
- 3 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Add the pasta to a large pan
of rapidly boiling water and cook until just tender. Drain well in a colander, and then
return to the pan and keep warm.
- While the pasta is cooking,
heat the butter in a medium pan over low heat. Add the Parmesan cheese and the cream and
bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add the parsley, salt and pepper, and stir well to
combine.
- Add to the drained pasta in
the pan and toss well to combine. Serve garnished with a fresh herb sprigs, if desire.
Make 4-6 servings. |
