Fried Pork Meatballs
(Mu Pan Kon Thot)

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups ground pork
  • 1 Tbs. well pounded garlic
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbs. fish sauce
  • 2 Tbs. water
  • ½ tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. well pounded coriander root
  • 1 cup vegetable/corn oil
Instructions:
  • Mix the pork, salt, fish sauce, pepper, garlic, and coriander root together.
  • Take about 1 Tbs. of the mixture and form into a meatball.
  • Place the oil in a wok over medium heat. When the oil is hot, fry the meatballs until golden brown; remove and drain.
  • Serve with pineapple, tomato, and spring onions.

Make 4 servings.
