Ingredients:
- 2 cups ground pork
- 1 Tbs. well pounded garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbs. fish sauce
- 2 Tbs. water
- ½ tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. well pounded coriander root
- 1 cup vegetable/corn oil

Instructions:
- Mix the pork, salt, fish sauce, pepper, garlic, and coriander root
together.
- Take about 1 Tbs. of the mixture and form into a meatball.
- Place the oil in a wok over medium heat. When the oil is hot, fry
the meatballs until golden brown; remove and drain.
- Serve with pineapple, tomato, and spring onions.
